Returned to Karachi and joined Modulates — a video advertising platform delivering pre-roll video ads across web, mobile, and TV. Spent 2+ years managing publisher accounts and advertiser relationships, mastering performance tracking and data-driven campaign management. Later promoted to Director of Operations before transitioning out to launch my own venture.
Founded ZP Solutions
Left the corporate world to build something of my own. Founded ZP Solutions — a startup offering affordable products — and within the first year achieved 50% revenue growth. Running a business from scratch taught me the operational realities that no job ever could: sourcing, pricing, customer relationships, and the relentless problem-solving that entrepreneurship demands. This was the turning point that set the direction for everything after.
Joined SkillsPanda & Ecommerce Success Pakistan
In September 2018 I made the pivot to Amazon Wholesale FBA — a model that matched my strengths in supplier relationships, data analysis, and operational management. Joined two organisations simultaneously: SkillsPanda.com as a Trainer and Core Team Member, and Ecommerce Success Pakistan as an Amazon FBA Specialist. Managing client accounts, training sellers, and running wholesale operations all at once accelerated my learning curve faster than anything before.
Scaling Wholesale FBA Operations
Started taking on independent Amazon FBA clients — handling everything from supplier sourcing and product selection to inventory planning, FBA logistics, and Seller Central management. Helped a wholesale FBA client increase Amazon sales by 40% and expand to eBay and Walmart, resulting in 60% overall revenue growth within six months. That result became the benchmark I hold every engagement to.

With 6+ clients under management simultaneously, cumulative sales crossed $3.7 million — generating $176,000+ in net profits for clients across the portfolio. By this point the operation ran like a machine: standardised sourcing processes, dedicated team members with clear accountability, and data dashboards tracking every metric that mattered.

Verified and approved as an Account Management service provider on Amazon's official GSPN directory — the only Amazon-operated directory for approved seller service providers. This credential validated years of client work and opened the door to a more established client base.

Expanded into Etsy with personal digital product stores selling SVG clipart bundles, PNG files, and printable wall art. What started as a side experiment quickly became a serious operation — complete with niche strategy, production workflows, and AI-assisted tooling built from scratch.
Built & Released Free Seller Tools
Built two free tools for the Etsy seller community: the Etsy Seller SEO System — an AI-powered listing optimizer that runs inside Claude, ChatGPT, or Gemini using live Etsy autocomplete data — and the Etsy Shop Audit System, which produces full shop health reports from Etsy CSV exports. Both are open source, free to use, and available on GitHub.
Growing moiz.solutions
Today I run Amazon FBA operations for multiple clients, develop open-source e-commerce tooling, operate personal Etsy stores, and consult on multi-platform growth strategy. The goal for the next 2–3 years: build a scalable consulting operation backed by proprietary tools, expand the client base internationally, and keep publishing free resources that help independent sellers compete with bigger players.
