Both are open source, free to use, and available on GitHub.

Data over gut feel

Every sourcing decision, every keyword choice, every pricing call is made with data. Gut feel has its place — but not when someone else's money is on the line.

Build systems, not dependencies

I don't want clients dependent on me forever. I build systems, SOPs, and automation that work whether I'm in the room or not. That's what sustainable growth looks like.

Honest before comfortable

If a product won't work, I say so. If a strategy is wrong, I'll push back. Clients don't pay me to agree with them — they pay me to protect their money and grow their business.
